Senior Program Manager

I lead enterprise systems and data programs in regulated environments.

I lead programs that cannot succeed in one department.

At PG&E, LinkedIn, and public utilities, I have led platform launches, analytics programs, ERP work, and regulated reporting. My job is to make the whole thing hold together.

  • ~$10MPG&E decisions informed each year
  • 70K+Global users served at LinkedIn
  • 6 weeksTo LinkedIn platform MVP
  • $300K+Planned vendor spend avoided

Complex programs with no single owner.

I do my best work when several teams own different pieces of an important program and nobody has the full picture. I bring those pieces into one plan that leaders and delivery teams can use.

  • Enterprise systems implementation
  • Analytics and reporting programs
  • Work shaped by regulation

Two programs that show the range of my work.
